Because a suspicious transaction access to the account is denied. It’s not possible to correct this by calling tech support. They have to very you identity but can’t send you a code on a foreign phone number. So internationally this app sucks.
Bugged - needs an update. TouchID doesn’t work, so I’m prompted to enter my password to enable touchID. I enter the (double-checked) correct password and I am brought immediately back to the message stating that TouchID doesn’t work, and I’m back at the login screen. Waiting desperately for a fix.
Better functionality and improved browsing structure. So much better then the old version.

I made a claim and the transaction was removed from my account, as if it did not exist and now I have no proof of where my money was taken from. They say there is no transaction.
They have a very high monthly fee that you will recieve no benefits fom paying, and there's no way to contact a human person. A computer will give you the phone number to another computer. I waited two weeks for a check that they are now holding for no reason and there's nothing I can do to even get an answer as to why. As soon as it processes I'm withdrawing all my money and closing my account. Awful and useless bank and the customer service it provides is abysmal.
I wanted to suggest that Chase Mobile add an option for a home screen widget on smartphones so that you can see your balance at a glance. I added widgets for CashApp and Discover onto my home screen, and realized that Chase didn't have one. I figured I couldn't be the only one that would find this useful.
