Excellent app and I have no doubt will continue to help people achieve their goals!
Chase thank you for developing this amazing app. I am doing the elements program and I will need repeat to achieve my goals. This app is so easy to navigate and has easy to follow guides before you start your programs. I learned about time under tension before working out. You can tell that Chase Tucker has done a lot of homework and research with his team to make this an awesome app. I love Chase’s follow along videos and how chill they are. The workouts are not easy but I feel like even if I fall off the horse that I will return. I am sticking with the Chase Mountains long term and I know I will get great results with good nutrition. It’s great rehab for my knee (torn meniscus is 2023). Thank you for giving us an option to purchase a program or subscription. Many blessings 🙏🏾.
Exactly what I needed
I’m struggling with plantar fasciitis and my motivation is to get back to hiking in the Rocky Mountains, a place I call home. So Chase Mountains is perfect for me. My feet already feel better!! Thank you Chase! Lovely videos. We’ll designed app.

This is a refreshing approach to actually improving performance in the mountains and not simply physique alone! We all have friends that look like they could be on the cover of a magazine, but can’t hike a mile in real terrain!

I love this app! It is thoughtfully created and nicely laid out. Chase has an excellent approach to make these exercises easy to modify or advance, great explanations and an encouraging way about his teachings that is really motivating. So thankful for all his hard work gone into creating this app!
