“ I don't understand what you are saying” 9 times out of 10 for basic questions such as asking for a definition, or basic information on a car or a train. Since I paid for the app it has been mostly this. Very disappointed. Don't recommend.

I have my subscription cance, but it should still good till October, bow i cant use it anymore

The app was very helpful in the beginning but now it doesnt work anymore and says “I don't understand what you are saying, can you try to describe it in more detail?” to every single question and even to a Hi. I am so disappointed and I dont know how to get a refund since I did the payment for a whole year.

This app used to work, but it doesn't anymore. Anytime I ask something I don't get an answer.

Your app does not respond to any commands//?. Have you pulled the blog.

I paid it for a full year and it stopped working after 2 1/2 months. I wrote a note to support and never got the application to work again.

I have no idea what’s going on with the software but whenever I need it to assist me with writing or summarizing, it sits in a perpetual state of thinking. It’s very frustrating when you need the information or the paragraph or whatever is been asked to the program to have to wait for the program to decide to not do it! If this is a glitch, please fix it soon!!!!
