Chatbooks Family Photo Albums

App experience is great, but shipping experience is horrendous. Use another app/company to print your memories unless you want to invest all the effort making the book and not be able to receive it in the end. And it’s irresponsible to say that shipping is out of their control, especially if they are the ones engaging the service. You are responsible for the whole process from creating to delivering it into your customers hands, please do not say that things are out of your hands, especially when people invest effort into creating this for their loved ones etc.

Ease of creating book with similar photos grouping as compared with TOP Brands like shutterfly and photobook. Only drawback is that we cannot collage the photos per page. Hope my first 3 volumes comes quick, nice and safe during this period of covid-19.

Amazing App, great prices, user friendly

ordered more than a MONTH ago and item hasnt arrived, waste of money never ordering from this app again. cant give a zero star too

App keeps crashing?? having to redo a book of 60 pics thrice really got on my nerves...

Hope it can include TAIWAN soon, and can choose which year to start from.

Some of the most expensive picture book in the world, forces you to use their premium shipping for more profit and very lackluster response WS whenever you query. There are many other picture books provider and I am definitely done with Chatbooks

It's so easy to use!!!

This app is a great idea and saves me many hours in scrapbooking and putting photos together. And given that nearly all photos are taken via the smartphone today, this makes it so easy to “print” from the phone! Only complaint is I know the photos I’ve uploaded are sharp... but the prints in the photo book looks a bit grainy. Perhaps the upload doesn’t allow for sharper quality?

Minus one star because it doesn’t seem to allow me to dictate the position of each photo in the book. Photos may jump around when you do not add them in order and there’s no way to change their spots.
