I accidentally purchased this chatbot app because its logo looks almost exactly like ChatGPT’s. The purchase was made by mistake, but the seller refuses to refund me and does not respond to any of my messages. This is a complete scam. I have filed a chargeback through my bank to get my money back.
I accidentally purchased a $59.99 yearly subscription after clicking the wrong link from an ad. I realized it was the wrong service and contacted support immediately asking for a cancellation and refund. They replied with cancellation instructions, but the feature didn’t work. I followed up via email explaining this, but never received a response — it’s been over 24 hours. They clearly don’t want to help or refund. Be careful — if you run into a problem, there’s no real support. I strongly do not recommend this app.
It’s good don’t get me wrong but if I’m paying for pro I feel like I shouldn’t be getting the try again later message because the app is super busy or a lot of people are using it at a time its kinda frustrating
