So many bugs. Not even receiving any code via sms or email to verify the account.

Not logging on, account working as expected on website just not on the app

Was a very good app, but got logged out and can’t get back in. When I try to reset my password, no email is sent, but when I try to make a new account it says my phone number was already registered.

After the update I got logged out and it won’t generate an email to reset password! No one answer my email and no one answered the customer service number I had to leave a message without it even ringing for anyone. Worst customer service!

Even after I followed all the instructions

I have been trying for days to verify my account. It just won’t work! I have emailed chatime twice now and there is no answer back. Chatime isn’t good at replying to customers. I have even gone into the store and asked if they can verify it for me. The worker said they can’t. Chatime please answer my email. My account won’t verify. Thank you.

Cha time has me waiting for 40 minutes but I’m guessing the drink is good 2 stars out of 5
