Good assistance, easy to use application and always cheaper than the others.
I have paid Cheap0air for an extra service for being able to change my dates. Later when I wanted to use it, they said, I cannot use it for voluntary changes. I could only use for “involuntary changes” This was ridiculous because I don’t need this service in those cases, the airline or or service company compensate for me. I felt scammed and my trust abused.

Cheapoair always cheaper than others. I been using this app more than 4 years and always get the cheapest deal.

They changed me more than 1500 USD for international trip with no service. I contacted them to fix this issue but I got nothing, their agents are very bad and rude. I don’t recommend for anyone to deal with them they are scammers
I usually employ CheapOair when I’m traveling overseas; so far the transactions have been incident free. Any refund/ cancellation issues have been resolved in an efficient manner.
I used this app to get my flight ticket. However, even though the Main Cabin plan states that one checked bag is free, when I inquired with the airline I was told that there was a fee. I made an cheap oair inquiry today. I was told that I would be able to check one bag for free, so I contacted the airline again and found out that I was still being charged. This company is a scam
My family used this to try and organize our flights to get everyone on the same page for our family vacation, and so far it’s been the only source of frustration and headache on this trip. It’s lead to our tickets being held hostage by the airline if we didn’t fork over additional money after already paying through this app. We also ran into an issue where someone had their luggage purchased twice so we tried to get the cost refunded and were told it couldn’t be cancelled or refund even though the purchase was made an hour before the refund was requested. Additionally the chat bot works great and fast whenever you want to add something but if you send your confirmation to someone you bought tickets for (like you’d typically do for a family trip) it does a terrible job at communicating what add Ons have already been purchased and the customer service slows to a crawl whenever you need to correct something. So we ended up with seats being jumbled up after paying for them to be put together and money in the void for luggage that doesn’t exist. We were told nothing could be done despite catching the issue within an hour, and I have never encountered an online purchase that didn’t at least have some kind of grace period to let you cancel a purchase.
They have one price but, when you see they charge $47.95 Extra for service
