PLEASE FIX - The app is not working, tried to delete and redownload the app but still the same- it just keeps on loading and loading, it does not even allow you to log in.

I booked a cab the night before for. 6:45 AM pick up. They didn’t send a cab until 6:40. Then the app indicates the car that picked it up was 3 minutes away. I can tell from the map he is 15 minutes away. So the cab showed up 10 minutes late. I might as well have booked an Uber and saved the money.

Don’t both using this, it’s garbage.

Twice the price of uber and they stole my girlfriends bag.

Come on, this should be automatic

Terrible, I booked a cab and never got picked up. We also contacted them, and they put us on hold for about 5 minutes. Then they just hung up on us

Please add the ability to request a pet friendly cab, I’ve had so many cabs cancel on me once they find out I have a dog. It’s exhausting.

You can prebook all you want, but you’re at the mercy of a driver actually picking up the request, which means you might never get a cab at the locked rate. This is exactly what happened to me despite there being lots of cabs visible on the app in my area.

Nt allowed me to lock and fair from the YYC airport to downtown!

No-show cabs the past 5 times I’ve scheduled a pickup. When I try to book a cab on the fly, I get no hits.
