I downloaded the app yesterday, it was going just fine until I crashed, I try to go back in the app but the loading take too long. I try reinstalling it and installing it but it doesn’t work! Can you fix this glitch please if you can?

It’s fun but when I go into makeup I see a window and people very scary might delete it but I won’t just like talking Angela and talking Tom and the other games from coco do have the same thing going on with the eyes and when my sister this opened this app and she looked through the window and she said she saw someone when their was no one there true story from real life very scary 4 stars
