Been trying for 45 mins to load my card on to the app. It’s absolutely useless without it

When I try to enter my card number and pin, I get a loading screen that keeps on loading forever so after quitting the app and trying over a few times I gave up this is the worst application I’ve ever seen.when I asked to get a new library card, I was told that it’s gonna cost money and I might as well just do that instead of using this nonworking app

I can’t add my card to my account. The app just spins while saying ‘validating’. Tried multiple times even letting it go for over an hour. Tried deleting and reloading the app. Still nothing.

It won’t save my card at all! Just keeps spinning! Great idea horrible execution! Hopefully they fix it!

Had to log into the website first on my computer to select a pin. Then I was able to log into the app with that new pin. Otherwise the app just locks up. Seems like a no brainer for the app to ask the user to create a pin if none exists when an account is added.

Checked with library - I’m I system, but it doesn’t recognize me anymore. Since I haven’t used since their latest update - I’m assuming the updates screwed up

Notifications only pop up while in the app, which defeats the purpose. Very slow to load searches and account information. Would be ideal to use, but really gets in its own way most of the time. Easier to just use the website which isn’t much better

Just spins forever. Can’t load a new card into an account

I rate this app a one because a zero wasn’t available. Trying to renew my account which requires the app to take a photo of ID or utility bill. Camera doesn’t work at all. Sent an email to report glitch and nothing but crickets. Their website does everything better except for the renewing account. They should have spent the time/money to put that feature on website.

Awesome app! It shows my holds, checked out books, and the catalog all in one place!
