Key responsive issues
Very bad UX. Slow response to touch move. Impossible to play bullet or rapid games. Have to click twice every move
I asked reimbursement
Won’t play with sound on my iPad. Can’t play landscape either. What a turn off since they have introduced this new app. The older one worked just fine compared to this disastrous app.
Last version is iphone not ipad
On iPad, I have a forced portrait mode on a landscape orientation. This is only since a few days. Unplayable in landscape mode.
Poor
No screen rotation on iPad app for Horizontal viewing… Well, their was but now it’s gone… No chat with friends. No adjudicate feature request. No confirm move option. No support contact. I will start researching other sites for chess now. Generally a disappointing upgrade if you can call it that.
Dissapointed
Trying to play but have to wait minutes before an opponent is assigned. Many times I just shut down the app because it is just a waste. Played on ICC many years ago, and loved it. Times have changed. There is no reason pay for such a poor experience.

Great site, great app. If someone complains it has no time warnings he/she is really complaining about his/her lack of concentration or play strength.👍🏻
Can’t even pay
App feels and acts like it is 10 year old. Seriously tho, an app with broken payment system should just shut down.

i have played on icc from 1995 on and off usually in windows blitzen interface. The iOS for my iPad is very basic, it hasn't let me chat for about a year and never updates. As for the ICC it's a great place to play. player behaviour problems like disconnect have been smoothed out by a new system of rules.
