Chi Chi London: Shop Dresses

Ordered item 3rd may sent it back same day had email 5th may to say I’d receive refund within 28 days 8th June still no refund. Absolutely disgusted with the service would not recommend.

Can’t get through to customer service. I suspect a scam. I was held on line for 2 hours. I have ordered something more than once but only half of my order is received. I said if l don’t receive my full order then l want a full refund and not vouchers as l shall be returning the other items since the actual clothe l want was not delivered. I was told l will only receive a gift voucher and there was not a word of apology. Very disgusting attitude.

App is really easy to use. I was struggling to find plus size bridesmaids dresses until I came across chi chi curve. I ordered a selection for us to choose from. The dresses are of a really good quality and chi chi has a great returns policy which means I don’t need to stress about dresses anymore and can order my other bridesmaid a dress.

Every dress I bought from here fits perfectly fine and are so beautiful

Disappointed as I thought by downloading and using the app i would be able to apply a discount code (GETAPPY10) however it wouldn't allow me to use at checkout.

Had to attempt 5x before i place my order. Keep on going off. Ridiculous!

Had to renter my details numerous times as various error messages kept coming up... very frustrating!
