If you don’t wish to have your credit card simply charged by them and irresponsible management throw you here and there but no one is responding to your issue, then please do not subscribe their membership. You won’t be able to reach anyone when you have Memebrship or payment issue, their customer service and management team will ghost you and ignore you after they have unfaithfully took your money from your credit card.

After key in email and password , then the app keep on crush can’t event can use to book for class . update or downgrade ?

After update to the latest version the apps unable to use. Auto close.

Ever since the new update, the app had been crashing endlessly. Any idea what can I do about this?

The app could not open after the recent update. Isn’t the recent update suppose to solve some bugs? Please fix it asap so that we can book our slot to attend gym.
