IF I could rate you a negative score I would. I have installed this app for the main purpose of ordering a long gown for a specific event. I ordered, (Nov.19,2018) almost a month prior to the event (Dec.16,2018). As this writing, today is Jan.5,2019 and still haven’t got the item I ordered. I payed it already since there is no COD option there. This app and their website claims that when you order from the Philippines, delivery time would be only 10-15 days. They failed me. There’s no item. Basically a scam. They also uses yanwen, a courier with so many bad reviews! I’ve have been messaging your support team but their response seems to be blaming me. Your support team reasoned out that since I got the ordinary shipping it would be about a month. I’m glad I didn’t pay the express, it would be so much more disappointing. But guess what? It’s been over a month. IF YOU ORDER HERE, YOU WON’T GET YOUR ITEM WHICH YOU ALREADY PAID. PLEASE, DONT BOTHER WITH THIS APP OR THEIR WEBSITE.

The items does not look like the picture. I returned the items, paid $40 for shipment. I got nothing! Worse app ever

I think it is a hassle to return stuff so I’ve had to give a lot of stuff away cause although my wife is small and in shape, 5’3”, 117 lbs, she is buxum And you can’t close the darn zipper.

Quite a bit of the product is very cheap material and when I order my sizes, it’s still too small in the breast area.

I made a purchase on 04/15 and it didn’t ship until 04/24. That was after I emailed asking how do I cancel my order. I will not be using this online company again. If I would have ordered on SHEIN, my order will be state side already or already here.
