Not working right can’t view my tickets

Tickets have been transferred, show as claimed, when following the link it instructs you to open them in the Bears App. However the Bears App continues to show an error as if it couldn’t connect to Ticketmaster and says “Something went wrong”. Did I just lose my tickets?

Could always scroll from one article to the next. The auto-scroll is a nuisance and forces me to shut down before closing the next article. Still have to shut down to change articles.

The NFL's own reporting says that today's preseason game can be watched through the app. There is no indication of that in the app. I haven't even found a link that takes you ro the broadcast, but you have to sign in or buy a subscription. Nothing. What am I missing?

So my rating is bias in a good way. However I’m hurting my head trying to figure out why my app says download the newest version only to get to the App Store and it says open app. Not update or even offering an update. Hope this is resolved before the season starts (regular)
