Very unorganized and confusing, no clue where the drops happen, useless.

Have issue that you could never listen to Chicago Bulls Radio games on this app. Please bring back the old app with good feature.

As a season ticket holder who uses the tickets for business outings. The app constantly logs me out and then when I sign back into the app, it does not update automatically to show what tickets have been issued out and which one haven’t. This has caused multiple issues of double booking game tickets when giving them out to customers. Very annoying and having to manually track the tickets in Excel defeats the purpose of the app tracking the tickets.

Great team, horrible app

We can hardly play bulls iq anymore, the app is plagued by constant issues where questions don’t save, you don’t get your points, sometimes your points go negative. Really hoping they fix it because we loved playing bulls iq when it was actually functioning

This app is so poorly formatted. You can scroll vertically on half the screen and horizontally on the other half. Also none of the notifications have ever worked. Very disappointed with this app and would advise you look elsewhere for anything Bulls related.

You used to be able to change the app icon to something else. There’s no option for that anymore. Otherwise the app does the same as any other sports team’s app does. They all seem to be made by one or two companies or devs. Anyway, it would be nice if you could change the icon again like you used to be able to do.

What happened to the old app? This new app looks weird. Things are small and hard to read. Pictures in articles look awful and this navigation bar doesn’t know if it wants to be in the middle or at the bottom. Disappointed the app turned into this.

So I’m trying to become more of a bulls fan and one of the things that came to my mind is “iPhone App” so I just typed in bulls into the search and this app came up. Then, once the quick download was done, I clicked on the app. All of everything Bulls I could imagine came up and I just spent like 3 hours observing the app. It’s overall a great app, between the Ticket purchase access, Bulls vs other NBA teams stats, Schedule, and more!! The only thing I could complain about and this really is no biggie, I could legit find this anywhere else is that they put a merchandise option on the app where we could purchase merchandise (Just a Minor Complaint). I highly recommend this app for the ultimate Bulls fan. GO BULLS!!!
