Rewards redemption process is very straightforward.

I had a good bit of points saved up, and had a coupon program I paid for, because their food is addictive! BUT, they completely redid the app so that you have to make a new account and now I can’t get my original points or coupons because I used the wrong email and can’t correct my account because of the new program. So far, customer service isn’t helping because they aren’t “listening” to what I am saying in my emails to them. I hope this gets resolved as I was going to use them for a party I have coming up.

I had an issue with the app where the payment info was saved but the app was not recognizing it and asked for payment details but would not save the new details. The app team reached out to me quickly and had me reinstall the app. It’s been working perfectly since.

Since the last update, I’ve not been able to sign in. The store gave me a help card which was able to log me in once. Haven’t been able to get in again

The app does not work well at all with voiceover. I can’t even create an account. The map does not work at all with voiceover a list option needs to be put in.

I have been here every week for 4 years now and it’s my favorite place to get food with so many choices of chicken salad and other foods…. My favorite place to go.

Used to use Apple ID to sign in on the old version of the app, and since the update that is no longer an option. Because my phone number was also connected to my account, I can no longer even create a new account because the error message “mobile phone has already been taken” pops up every time. I vaguely recall creating a new account when the app initially did the first major update, but at some point I got signed out, and haven’t been able to sign back in. Using the “forgot password” option is also ridiculous because the email it sends just tells me to create a new account, and there’s never an option to reset my password, which I believe is probably because my original account used a relay email through Apple ID, which I also don’t have access to. Basically, I think it’s ridiculous that I can’t just sign up with a new account using my phone number even though it’s been used before. Or maybe even create an account without using my phone number, since it will have an email address connected.

I love the food

I love the revamp, and I would 5 star it if I could order my children’s meals online or in the app. So strange that Little Chicks options isn’t able to be ordered this way since every other menu item seems to be!

You need to update the app. I can’t enter rewards because it doesn’t have 2025.
