Chicking India Online delivery

we can't know the outlet which the orders is getting placed because when i had ordered the order was placed in an outlet which was 20km away from the nearest outlet which was only4km from my home.And we can't also cancel an order through the app

This app is dead slow and after UPI Payment the page shows error and i lost the order, the payment was also debited from the account. The customer care just answered the payment should be credited to me in 24 hours.. 😏

App is pretty slow and track option doesn’t even track the delivery. My past delivery is still showing in the track option as order placed . Should have been ordered via Swiggy or Zomato instead of this

Employees from Nungambakkam branch, Chennai will say they will not deliver the order.

Please don’t ordering using this app this is very bad app

Each time i try to place an order the payment shiws an error and my amount gets debited. They dont even recueve the order

If you cannot handle the delivery better withdraw this app and do some business which you can handle.

I don’t believe how this app exists. Selected the address from map and placed the order. 1 hour later delivery guy calls from a place 20km away. They are not able to deliver at my address, app send them to somewhere else. Luckily it was a cash on delivery. This app is a joke. Don’t waste your time.

App does not send OTP, next time you try to register, says account already there and when you try to reset the password, says account disabled… Very poor app
