I’d really like to try this app out but the links to reset passwords fail so I’m unable to log in. There’s no way to contact anyone about it except Instagram and I received no reply on there so I will be forced to delete the app.

I use this app to entertain my grand mother (she is an avid bird watcher!), she loves how clever the software is. Thanks for creating this!

I discovered this app through an article in November last year and I promptly downloaded it. This is a fantastic app which has helped me reconnect with nature in a major way. It will be good to incorporate the date and time of discoveries into the posts so that the community knows a bit more about the migratory nature of the birds. Anyway, I have been enjoying the app tremendously until this morning when I went to check on new discoveries that have been made since I was last logged on yesterday , only to find that I have been completely banned and my account disabled. I do not know what has happened here and why, and will be grateful if someone could explain this unfortunate, unfair and inappropriate action against me. I’m really upset by your actions and would like an explanation please. Thank you
