My daughter has a lot of trouble falling asleep. Sometimes she is even up after me. So I use this app and she is asleep 5 minutes after it started. This app is so good! 5 stars
I used this when I was younger and it really helped me fall asleep. Lots of different recordings for different purposes, anger, concentration, sleep, anxiety. It’s also not just one person doing there recordings. There are lots of different people, including Lydna Huston, Aluna Moon, and Glen Harold. Great for children who need a little help falling asleep, amazing app!
