Was able to get the information about course etc from app but all live data such as leaderboard and tracking was an error of ‘could not connect to server try again later’. Luckily family members sent text messages to keep me up to date.

People spent time to make cheer cards that they thought I’d see at the finish but I can’t find them anywhere? No customer support to help figure this out or resolve any issues.

My daughter ran this race and what we thought would be a great experience for her turned out a disaster. There was a lot of hype of what the runners could expect, cheering areas, water and Gatorade stops, medical aid areas and such. Because she was not a fast runner she was started towards the back which was fine however it was not expected that the water and aid stations would be dismantled so soon after the fast runners went through. After the 8th mile my daughter and others behind her had no water stations and were forced to forged on without any encouragement or aid which created a mental and physical anguish. She ended up dehydrated and passing out after the 13th mile. Her running mates who were behind her were forced to run on the sidewalk because they were in a hurry to open up the street for cars. Really!?!?!? These shows lack of planning and lack of care for the runners. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Compared to Boston’s app, why doesn’t this app have the exact mile the runner is at? And you don’t have to keep refreshing it—Boston’s marathon app is an automatic update.

It was a very useful app for watching my friend run the race. I would have liked a end of the race picture at the finish line. A picture of him crossing the finish line. That would have made the experience complete.

Great for tracking friends and getting your own splits. My friends were able to track me in real-time, which was super cool. Nice to be able to add people that I met to the tracker.

You know Americans don’t know how to convert kilometers to miles in their head. Can you add a toggle or default it to miles?

I can only see the 2021 map, cannot see a map for what’s actually happening now and cannot follow my selected runner. I enjoyed it last year but not so much this year.

Loved being able to watch top American leader boards, track my favorite runners, AND actually see them moving in the map! I could actually send a personalized cheer card to my favorites. Best Marathon app I’ve used.

The day of the 2022 marathon and the map still isn’t updated. It’s says ‘2021 event is over - Course closed.’ Makes it difficult for spectators to follow their runners along the course. Would be a great function/app if it was updated. Fix it for 2023!
