Chip Chain

I absolutely love this game! I love the fact that there’s no ads first of all, and at first I thought it was just a so-so game and I didn’t really understand it but the more I played it the more I learned how to strategize and where to put my chips and that I needed to make longer chains to get better scores and more gems with each game. I love the fact that you can get a lot of gems with each game so you can go to the shop and get new cards and I also love it that they give you a brand new set of cards with each game along with a free one in the shop. You get 3 chances to “redo” a chip placement if you didn’t like where you played it, or for me- my thumb slipped and it accidentally placed the chip where it wasn’t supposed to go. ALSO… I usually don’t like timed versions of a game, but there is a 2 minute timed game that I’ve been playing and really enjoying. To the creators of this game- THANK YOU! Because I recently broke my foot, and this has helped me pass the time while laid up in the healing process. You deserve a GOLD star, er, a GOLD CHIP, for creating one of the simplest and best games in the App Store!! Sheila

I’m so glad I finally found this old game! It still works flawlessly for me. No issues at all. And no ads. I happily made an IAP just to thank the developer for doing such a fantastic job with this app. (Older reviews mention IAP not working, but it worked fine for me. Also, they are optional only.) It’s great to have a thinking match game that’s a challenge but not at all frustrating, and with so many play options. The design is gorgeous, sophisticated, not childish. I actually want people to see me playing it because it’s just so cool. It’s also great on battery, and progress is always saved so you can jump in and out anytime. Thank you developer! You did absolutely everything right with this game, in every way. This will stay on my phone!

I've played many mobile games in my (admittedly short) life, but Chip Chain is the first time that, when asked, is solid enough to write a review for. Addictive, fun, and it isn't mindless. It actually requires using some logic, and it isn't one of those crappy games you'd see underneath a Family Guy clip on TikTok or Youtube Shorts. I will say I don't really like how it locks game modes for certain days, but honestly I kinda like it at the same time because it keeps things fresh and new. If you really don't like it, you can use in game currency to git rid of the limitations. Adless, no required micro-transactions to remove limits, and a whole lot of fun. Good job Chip Chain.

Fun simplistic game with no ads. Great for brain training and idle evening game to slow down. Don’t trust the leaderboards, they’ll place your score in top ten.
