I sent money to my account for days now and I’ve not seeing it in my chipper cash account till date 😡😡😡😡

Don’t bother using this app, from ID verification to trying to do an investment, to even transferring my money out. It is one issue to the other. It’s a week now and beneficiary has not received the money I sent. Unable to do investment for over 3 weeks and the support keeps saying we should be patient, LOL!

This app is more than good for saving, spending and sending funds. I have been using it for over a year now and I don’t have issues using it, send money faster, Receive faster. But only thing I suggest is security, the security is not not strong enough to my suggestion There was a time I get another phone and logging in my account to the new phone I got. All they do is login verify with phone number and email then it will login just like that. There must be a face recognition before logging like other app I have use, that make more security

Been trying to verify myself for days now but still it’s not working. Even tried contacting them but no reasonable solution was given. Will definitely not recommend

I've been having issues with chipper app now for a while and people trying to debit my account with so many messages asking me to consent to direct debit from my bank I've been unable to withdraw my money this really frustrating and inconveniencing.

They have taken multiple weeks just to verify the account. it is disappointing for such an application with high esteem and they have completely neglected my attempt to contact them .

This won’t last honestly all these fintechs are the biggest scam of the 21st century don’t bother. Takes weeks to get verified and don’t even bother trying to contact support it took me over a week to get them to speak to me. Don’t download just stick to your normal banks

Been trying to get verified for weeks now. Customer service slow
