Sure would be nice to be able to get away audio just like you do when streaming through a browser.

The old app was waaaay better two or three years back. They need to go back to it!
Abandoned?
This app feels abandoned, the navigation and layout is horrible. Also the Apple TV app hasn’t worked for months. This is embarrassing for the leagues.
Not user friendly…AT ALL
I use the app out of necessity constantly and it’s a massive source of frustration. Trying to find information is almost impossible. Want information on transactions? Forget about it. Want to look at information from a game from the previous week(s), months, etc.? Nope, not possible. You used to be able to see what was involved in a trade, but somewhere between last season and this season that got changed and now it gives only one side of the transaction and only partial information at that. Can’t click on it to get more info either which means you have to find your way to the team’s website to see if you can get the info there. If you go look at player info on a rosters page? Can’t back out to the whole roster to look at more info, it kicks you all the way back to the home page. Want to see stats from a game last week? You can’t get to the game through the scores or schedule page, got to go through the same hoops you do when looking for trades. It’s supposed to be a centralized hub of information for the whole league and yet the information either isn’t there or is so hard to find. We’ve been forced to rely on you for the information and yet it’s obvious you don’t actually care about the quality of the product you’re putting out. Speaking of transactions, just saw a teams news release about a trade, but that info is nowhere to be found on the CHL app. You guys need to do better, you get paid enough by the teams and their money comes from us fans
Ads? Terrible design.
I am guessing they don’t care but why are there ads in this app? Why does the scores show games from two days ago and not default to today? Make this app usable.
Has issues
I love hockey. But very frustrating when I tune to a game only to have no audio. Or when I get kicked out during a game. Hopefully the developers are working on these issues.
Beyond aweful wasted money and given the run around
Purchased the season and playoffs pass, was able to watch 1 game before the app started having issues. I contacted customer service, and they suggested refreshing, clearing, deleting and re downloading the app. Didn’t work. I then gave up on it until the memorial cup started. Same issue. Same suggestions. Now customer service tells me to just redownload it. Which doesn’t solve the issue. I deleted my account and customer service said they can’t refund it now that there’s no account. So I re re redownloaded it expecting a refund. Instead they announced the generous offer of adding my subscriptions. Literally 2nd period of the final game. It’s all bots in customer service. Do not support this aweful coloany.
CHL Channel quit working on Roku.
Please fix it before Memorial Cup starts.
Difficult to navigate, look at players, stats, etc
Terrible. 20 clicks to find a player, rookie, dob, etc..
No calendar for schedule?!?
Current version only shows game in list view by date. No calendar view.
