Fraud
I came to Kazakhstan. This is the only time I used my debit card to purchase the train tickets through Aviata, who direct you to use this app only if you want to pay with a foreign card. You have no options. I paid with this card. Later returned the tickets back to Aviata. They refunded the amount to Choco. Choco never refunded those tickets to me back to my account. It’s still ongoing. On the top of it I got over 2000 dollars fraudulent taken from my account on the same day when I raised the complaint regarding the refund of my train tickets. This is the only app I used to use my card once! I did not use my card anywhere else for 1 year. It’s a saving account card! Please do not use this app if you do not want to be cheated and fraud to be committed!
