Not sure who gets paid to develop and maintain this but needs better development team. The app works half the time even after fully reinstalling the app and signing back in. Freezes up when it does work. Biometrics don’t work most of the time.

It literally never works until the evening. I’m closing my account on Friday and I’m done.

Does not work with iPhone X, haven’t been able to long in for months

Haven’t been able to use the app since I got the iPhone X. I log in, answer security questions, enter my phone number, and get a “Device ID not found” message. Hasn’t worked for months.

I have not been able to access my account through this app for over a week. The log-in page comes up but it's frozen--I can't enter my user name or password. Very frustrating. I've deleted and reinstated the app several times and it still isn't working.

For the past week I haven't been able to use the app. I can open it but I can't even type my username or password in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, everything. I've been going on safari to do what I need to with my accounts and it can get long and tedious, and quite annoying if I'm in a hurry to get something done with my accounts. Please fix this problem!

This app is swizzle nah what I'm saying man? Easy to use and tells you how broke you are.

Best bank ever. Banked there in ND, still my bank in Indiana. This bank rewards you for being a customer instead of ripping you off like all the other banks I have used in the past.
