Horrible. Will not let you withdraw your money!
Don’t download, sign up, input any personal info, or money of yours when it comes to this app. They will never let you withdraw ever. They dont respond to emails but they will send you promo emails though.
This app is nothing more than a cash grab, don’t even sign up.
This app used to be free to use, that is no longer the case now that they’ve introduced a number of ridiculous fees. There’s a 1% fee for keeping your coins in their custody, there’s a $13.33 “maintenance” fee for keeping your keys in your own custody and there’s a $625 setup fee to even hold your own keys. Overall this app is complete scam to take your money, stay away from it. Self custody of your Bitcoin should not cost anything…
CANT DEPOSIT MONEY
Been trying to deposit money but there’s so many glitches and hoops to jump through its impossible. They’ve been nice trying to help but they are severely limited on technology and IT
Pretty much a rip off
Sure there fees are low. ;). Right now BTC is at $22,298 and they’re charging $27,000+ to buy it. It makes it easy to charge low fees if you’re going to add nearly 25% on top of the fees.
Lacking selection
This is a great way to invest in a Roth, however the crypto selection is severely lacking. Where’s Polygon, Enjin, Algorand, and GRT? Most of these coins are losers
So many bugs/ glitches
Can’t even scroll before “oops! An error happened. Every day.” No other app has done this ever.
