Choithrams Grocery Delivery

The app doesn’t work very well. The ‘My Orders’ page doesn’t open and it just keeps loading to nothing. If you pay and your card didn’t go through, we don’t receive any notification/email/sms about it, and the fact that I can’t reconfirm through My Orders page then I won’t know that I won’t be receiving my items.

This app is good when I actually get my order. But when my order is late there is no one that contacts me to tell me which is incredibly frustrating. Then when I call the store (Choithrams BaySquare) no one answer OR they take the phone off the hook!!! Just tell me it’s going to be late!!! Also it’s really annoying to have to put in my card info with every order. It should save so I can always use it.

The order was delivered an hour later. part of my order was missing. This is my first and last order here

Please improve search option and add Apple Pay on app.

When I download and open the app I’m getting zero items available. Whereas for my girlfriend she can see all the items. I’ve removed and redownloaded the app, I’ve killed it and reopened it, but nothing works.

Dubai silicon oasis store , most of the staff are lazy , rude and not polite, doesn’t want to assist customers and they need training how to deal with customers, I don’t recommend this store to anyone

Please let your developers revisit the search algorithm, it’s so basic and very useless. To filter options we need to depend on Google’s site and then see it on choitram website and the same is not showing up using the very low logic search option in your app. Come on

Out of three orders places two were cancelled by the shop, 3rd has never arrived

your app is soo bad

I ordered via this app yesterday and I was suppose to receive my order today between 11am to 12. It is 1:16 and I haven’t received my order yet. Your store is just 2 buildings away from my room. The worse part is when I am calling your landline number, no one seems to receive the call. I am disappointed as it was my first order. P.S Ordering before 24 hours and still not receiving it on time is a crime these days. Kindly don’t fool the people. Thank you.
