In order to scan and earn reward points you must save a credit card to the app. You cannot use Apple Pay. You cannot print out a receipt and manually enter it into the app or website. Strong security warning for all. It’s never a good idea to allow a 3rd party to store your credit card.

It’s annoying that this app don’t support Sign in with Apple, but at least it should have properly labeled form elements. Instead, the signup process isn’t accessible and don’t work with autofill or password managers. Not a very good first run experience.

The app lists locations as closed when they are in fact open, so you can't place an order at those locations through the app.

Hardly ever works properly And there are many variations on the theme of jt not working properly. The people in the store take no responsibility for this and the support emails respond as though they are bots. There is no number to call for problems. Truly unbelievable. If I could give zero stors I would ! Thieves !

The quality, professionalism and kindness of the management and staff at this location is incredible! I have never had a bad experience and I go almost weekly.

I hate your app. The fact that I have to upload a payment to scan my barcode in store is extremely dumb. Linking transactions should be easier. You also don’t have a feature where I can upload my receipts later if I wasn’t able to link my transactions. I never write reviews about apps but I hate yours so much I thought I’d make an exception. Be more like Panera. Their app is amazing. Also having to physically upload a card and not accepting my Apple Pay as suitable to scan my bar code is absurd.

Need to fix latency

It’s honestly archaic that you’re unable to earn rewards in store without adding a credit card to this app. Having to order ahead in the app in order to use ApplePay in order to gain rewards makes Chopt and their rewards program a massive headache in my opinion. It’s inconvenient and inefficient and takes away from my desire to spend money at Chopt.
