Eharmonics? Change scale

Some of the exercises have the wrong chords E.g, should be GbMaj7 instead of F#M7. Also, cannot change the key for the exercises and progressions. Should be able to change the key for any progression. This is a severe limitation. Am I missing something here or not finding this? Changing the key only changes in the staff, not the chord progressions.

Looks impressive - but MIDI problem

MIDI input is not true to the original composition. Also chord recognition needs improvement.

A phenomenal companion for playing and learning piano

Annoyed by bad UX on

I love the piano - I’ve played my entire life, but I haven’t had lessons or formal training in decades. I really enjoy sitting down and just playing what comes into my head, but for the longest time I’ve been in search of something that meet me where I’m at and just help me put words or terms to things that sound good when I play them. Like the little chord display that shows up in the playback controller/window in Logic, but without having to open a full DAW. That’s exactly what I love about this app! First that there’s no setup - I opened the app with my piano plugged in via USB and all of my playing was translated into notation and chords in real time. I can sit and play at my little Nord Grand and when I stumble onto a chord or progression that I really like I can finally put a name to it. I feel like I’m learning piano again for the first time. Huge thank you to the app dev for making something so approachable and purpose-built. Also it’s minimal and pretty beautifully laid out which is a huge plus. No distractions!
