It works great. Fast payment
Can’t order any thing!! Or find a restaurant.
I have deleted this app 3 times and it keeps reinstalling itself. Scary scam stuff
After selecting my order, I saw the total $25 for this order and hit the “submit payment” button, only to see a $31 charge on my credit card charge notation. I went back to see the order detail and noticed an extra charge titled “for supporting the carriers”, which I totally did not see when I submitted this order. I contacted the customer service and they said the customers are informed of this charge. Then, they sent me a screen shot to show where it was: It was on a screen AFTER you confirmed the order, and it was appeared in minuscule, barely-there grey font in the middle “selecting tips” section and the “confirm tips” button. I was speechless. Not sure if it is legal at all. But it is a cheap trick to extract extra money from customers. Will never use this app again!

I used to LOVE this app before fantuan. The discounts were amazing and were ACTUAL discounts . But now Bc of the god awful fantuan addition, the fee to use services is up to 3 dollars ??? So even if I use a discount, the price is still the same and I’m paying even more than original price sometimes?? Like what. Bring back old Chowbus. Plus when I accidentally went to stop auto renewal my free trial was terminated and I couldn’t get it back? Like what. Why does canceling auto renewal cancel my free trial? Like

I ordered a food for later pick up (reserved for one hour later) because of my availability. Also I wanted to have a fresher and still hot meal later. But the meal was prepared and ready 10mins after my order. It didn’t follow the reserved timeline at all. Be cautious if you want to reserve for meal. Called the restaurant. The restaurant mention they can’t even see the reserved time for pick up. Called the customer service, worst customer service ever! He didn’t even help me at all. Just want to share this so other customers can be aware.
One of the features I enjoyed the most is the option to order from multiple restaurants in one order. Just realized the option is now removed and with the long wait time I don’t think I’ll use the app as often compare to other food delivery services since there’s no cost/speed advantage.
