It's a waste. I waited 2 hours for an order, was told I'd get credit for the same amount on my next order. When attempting to order again it wouldn't process my order at all and showed an error message with their phone number, prompting me to call to process the order. It's useless.
Ordered food at 10:30 am, waited until 11:45 just to see that they cancelled the order around 11:40 without even notifying me. This business is absolute trash! Don’t waste your money or time waiting around for nothing.

Just ordered a 22$ meal with total being 39.99$ so why was I charged 45.31$?
if it was possible to rate below one star, I would do so in a heartbeat, everything about this company seems to be against you, the drivers have no idea what they’re doing. Customer service is trash and that’s only whenever you’re actually able to place an order. the app is beyond glitchy. Nothing seems to work at all. No effort has been put into the development of this company or the app. It should not exist. All it does is piss off a bunch of hungry people.
When is JEB little creek going to be able to take deliveries on base? We have been waiting a long time for this
They charge you for ordering the food, delivering the food, and some other hidden fees because somehow I order a $25 meal and it comes out to be like $70. This is not a joke. And the wait time to get the food says it’s 50 minutes which is crazy enough as it is but in actuality it takes like 1hr 30mins. Would be a great service if they weren’t just trying to make make money off of service members. Don’t waste your time even trying to order off the app anyways because if you select 2 of the same kind of item the store will only see it as one of the item. Lastly, the app is broken, I mean literally broken. You try to order food in advance and it will tell you the store doesn’t open until 1300. So you put in your order for 1315 and guess what? The store isn’t open at that time, it actually opens at 1315 and the cycle repeats.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I GOT SOMETHING CHEAPER THAN WHAT I ORDERED(NOT THE FIRST TIME MY ORDER GETS MESSED UP)AND THE DRIVER’S ATTITUDE WAS DISGUSTING. ORDER DOMINO’S INSTEAD Y’ALL. CHOWCALL IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.
Menu items are way more than normal, and fees are super high. Get your food cold? Customer service doesn’t care. No offer of refund or replacement. Seriously taking advantage of service members.
