The user interface is good and easy to navigate. The only thing I’d say could improve is adding a filter for restaurants that are open va the ones which are closed when searching items. Theres no point showing closed restaurants when searching for specific items I want to buy on the main screen. Don't show restaurants which aren’t open

Chowdeck is a great app .
1. Poor functionality. 2. Customer service can take up to 5 hours to respond. 3. Food often takes up to an hour longer than advertised to arrive.
Very easy and quick delivery always
Absolutely useless. I have made a total of 10 orders and none of them have ever gone through seamlessly. Customer service & support team is absolutely inexistent and incompetent to say the least. Waited 6 hours until midnight to tell me you couldn’t deliver nor cancel my order and sent me a partial refund. Words can’t describe how inept support deal with issues. And the drivers? HEADACHE. You pay delivery fee and they ask you to meet them halfway, what’s the point of delivery? Fe mi and team, you need to retreat, regroup, rethink and get yourselves in order or you won’t be around much longer!
I detest the fact that unlike Glovo Chowdeck lies on their order tracking. Why will you indicate that the order is ready when it is only started when the Rider arrives at the restaurant? Shoddy business
If they can’t keep up with the logistics of good delivery service, then they need to reconsider the business. Orders take forever to get to you. Not talking 1 hour late but 2-3 hours late
The amount of times Chowdeck has canceled my order for no apparent reason or have advertised items that are out of stock is disappointing. They used to be so efficient but now they’re pretty bad to be honest. Also the “wallet” feature is annoying, just give me my money back lmao
This app got buzz on twitter so I decided to use it. The first time, the order arrived cold and 3 hours!! Late. I couldn’t believe it, so I blamed the vendor. The second time was an order placed 11am but delivered past 3pm. I couldn’t believe it. I still wanted to give another chance, this time, they cancelled the order and moved the money 15k to my “wallet”, then took another 2 hours to deliver what I ordered instead. The fourth time was funny, I placed this order and immediately asked support to cancel, they asked why and I gave reason: wrong address. They said they could fix it, but a fee may apply. I replied with the new address but asked to cancel if I’ll be charged, after 2 and half hours, I saw that my rider is on his way. No one replied me anyway as they always don’t. Takes them about 40 mins to type a useless “my apologies” reply. Shockingly I got a call now that they’re going to charge me 1k for changing address. Hehe. The woman on the phone was the most untrained customer service I’ve met. She called me and just said “hello, this is Chowdeck, I’m calling to inform you we’ll be charging you 1k” Honestly can’t be bothered I’ve deleted this app, get your BP raise at your own peril 😂👍🏽.
