I request you to not use this app and its such a scam and the app is useless always gets stuck and the user interface is damn bad . Shaadi is much better than this app. However the profile are very restricted and you can’t view the profiles photos even if you are a paid users . Be mindful and think before paying .

Things I Don’t like about this app: 1 - Roman Catholic is not listed as a Division under catholic or christian. 2 - We can’t pinch to zoom on a profile pic, this is an ABSOLUTE MUST and should be added ASAP. 3 - Every time i click on someones picture there is a HIGHLY INTRUSIVE popup asking me to add my father’s occupation which I Intentionally left blank. Y’all need to remove such popups.

The iOS version of this app is very worst. It have lot of bugs. The display is not fixed in the screen properly, the latest changes are not displayed properly, In the list of profiles if we view a profile and then go back it goes to the starting of list instead of where we left. Very difficult to use and not very user friendly. Please rectify these errors and update the app as soon as possible.

Since i start using app on my ios it doesn’t work well. Notification which i recieved doesn’t synchronise in the app even if i refresh. Matches doesn’t shows most of the time. New profiles are updated very late compared to notifications. Not at all satisfied with app overview

It’s not about this app. But the service is too bad. An agent from Christian matrimony called me and behaved in a very nasty manner. What a bad bad service you are.

My parents and I had downloaded and register the app to see the potential candidates. However, immediately after registration we were informed that to view just the basic details (not contact details) we have to move to the paid plan. Since, my parents hadn’t used this app before they fell in the scam and purchased the app. After claiming to be the best matrimonial site, there only few candidates with basic filters. When we request to delete the profile and refund for the remaining days, as we hadn’t used it more than a week. They were very rude and arrogant and stated that we were ignorant about the application and refund couldn’t we possible. As we by mistakenly called one profile and not eligible to be considered for refund. Do elderly parents “ be tech savvy” for using the platform?

Even when you are a prime member you won’t be able to view some pages. Which always shows empty page. We have to click reset button then it will show few profile. preferred location , preferred education , preferred profession , nearby match , viewed not contacted Mutual and Premium all this remains blank . If you raise a case through call or email they will respond like we have to give partner preferences correct. Then it will be ok. Even if you correct it it won’t work. This is a developer issue. They have to upgrade it and fix the bug but they are not looking into this. Very very poor app for matrimony
