The server is painfully slow. The app keeps on crashing especially close to end of auction. Cannot check out winning items via app.

Can Christie's consider upgrading the App to allow "Live Bidding" in both iPhone and iPad?

For some strange reasons, I was always told that I am offline hence cannot see any of the contents! However my connection is totally normal!! Am I the odd case?

I can't use myChristie's account and I can't search lots via this apps. Lately, bugs with this apps and failed to connect to server.

The app is quite nice for browsing the sales and to get an overview. However if you are looking for specific items it's rather cumbersome. I'd prefer to have a search function and also a way to save the items that I am interested in.

Try to sign in to bid but never success. Wondered if any technical support on this app.

一星都不值

Really shocking that such a prestigious auction house has such a poor app. Dial up internet is faster.

I don’t know how this app keeps getting updated but keeps getting more bugs and worse UI changes. It’s updated frequently and every time I open it I like it less. I highly prefer browsing auction catalogs on my phone, and I use most major auction houses apps. I have to use the Christie’s website in my browser because this app is so difficult to use.
