Christmas Stories: The Prince

Should remove from the store. It does not work on current iPads and the graphics are all broken..

I used to play this game every year at the holidays, but it now is not compatible with a new iOS system. Everything has squares floating around with the graphics in it and you can’t tell what you’re doing. Please update it.

I have been trying to play this game and for the second year it won’t load correctly. I even paid for the premium. The only support I got was to ask for a refund. Very disappointed because I really enjoy the other games in this series.

Really wanted to play this game, but once the cutscenes finished and transitioned to the game screen, there were weird white boxes around the every item and character. Looks like a bad glitch. The sounds and animations worked, but the white artifacts, lines, and boxes covered some stuff and were distracting. :( Hope this updates and gets fixed!!

I should have read the recent reviews instead of general “most helpful” ones. Apparently the graphics have been broken for 3 years yet the game is still being sold. It looked fine til it said I had to pay $6.99 to unlock it. Now graphics are just boxes flying all over the place. The games forum is closed. Looking to see how to get a refund. I guess Big Fish is now unreliable.

Please fix this game. I have tried several times to play and cannot

Game doesn’t run correctly on my iPad ver17.1.1. There have been several games that do the same thing. Just a lot of things moving in random order through the game.

The game is in polygon mode and everything has a white rectangle around it. Take it down and fix it. Its disrespectful to customers to offer games that are this broken for sale. I’m just glad I hadn’t payed to open it sight unseen. I made that mistake in the past thinking companies kept up with maintenance. Take them down if you aren’t going to do that.

Dear Developer, this game is showing all the background graphics, there are so many graphics (lines and squares moving around the screen) it is impossible to play the game. Thank you

This game is unplayable. Graphics are still jacked up. No refund available. Have deleted and reinstalled numerous times with the same shoddy results. Also have bought numerous other games and now when I go to play the games they’re requiring that I pay for them all over again. Done with this foolishness.
