It works most of the time. Othertimes it won't work. I wish they would focus on making the app lightweight and faster. The animations move to slow and are obnoxious

This app is atrocious. Doesn't retain receipts half the time, and forces you to download and re-upload. The app won't record what card the charge went to, so stores it as a personal expense to get reimbursed when it was charged to my company card. Doesn't accurately record the amount on a receipt so it doesn't matchup when doing expenses. One of the worst apps I have ever used, as it creates many more headaches than it solves.

This app was so good on my Samsung phone. I recently switched to iOS and getting the receipts to upload is a real chore. The upload frequently fails. Often if they do upload, they will be in my expense portal but show as failed to upload in the snap app, leading to wasted time as I try to reconcile what happened. I’m probably better off not using the app at this point.

I wish I could rate this differently. However, I am unable to use it because the app will not send a verification message to my registered email. You can’t use the app until this step is completed. There is also no resource available to reach out to for assistance. Horrible app!

Was a nice app, but it started failing uploads and keeps repeating uploads, so I have multiple copies now. Feedback button doesnt work, wants to open a mail app I dont use.

Opening the app prompts you to verify email address, but when you continue to enter it, the whole screen whites out and does not let you proceed to actually use the app. Would give zero stars if possible.

App will not send verification email to allow access. Use to work well, but mot presently.

When this works, it works great but that’s about 2/3 of the time. Often, when I snap a pic of a receipt it never shows up or it is only a portion of the pic. Literally every time I try to complete a ER I have to go back to my receipt envelope, take another pic of the receipt in question, wait for it to upload and then do it all again. Maddening.

This app stopped working about a year ago. They did some type of update and now you can’t even get into the app. Every time you try to log in to the app, it says it needs a verification code but the app is not sending it. Our company has reported this issue numerous times but it’s still not working and has not worked in a at least a year!

Pretty simple app. Not a lot to go wrong. Very convenient to immediately add receipts. The option to add more info is helpful, but limited. It only lets you add info before uploading. So there is no way to make a correction to it, or add information after you’ve uploaded. (And their web app doesn’t even let you add information to any receipts when uploading, so they ought to add the feature there too.)
