After Entering OTP, I tried adding a new patient, Merge Existing Patients or Book Home Sampling; All I am facing is this error ” Something Went Wrong”.

Always loading to open file but at the end file didn’t open

App starts loading and takes forever to launch pdf file

Pathetic app i have ever seen, lots of bugs fluctuations and many more basic errors.

The worst lab of pakistan with pathetic staff and foolish policies. They dont care about patient. This is just ridiculous..!! Try to educate your staff first then amend some of your foolish policies…!!!

Couldn’t add my parents under one app to see their report, app not supporting phone number edit in add member option. Neither delete option to delete any old added member. Need hell of improvements.

Very bad services no management itny rush k bawajood bhi sirf 1 bnda blood sampling k lye ha.or purana nizam lines mai khry ho kr parchi bnwao no token system badtameez staff staff ko bola k itna rush q ha staff ka response tha k ap yha na aya krai

This app is so buggy and lags a lot. The biggest problem is that i can't order any test online because when appointing, it doesn't show any time slots available for any day so you can't even place your order!
