• Pay and settle your or someone else’s CIB credit card
• Book a certificate of deposit or time deposit, and open additional accounts
• Submit new checkbook requests, block lost or stolen credit cards, dispute credit card transactions, subscribe to e-statements, replace your cards, apply for a loan and a credit card, etc.
• Activate your OTP token

Application not working anymore after installing last update
After I install the last update week ago application not working anymore it closes suddenly while trying to open it after I installed last version 4.2.52.01 i am using iPhone and my OS 12.5 and I tried to restart my iPhone or even removed the Cib application and reinstall it but same issue it always fail to start before the last update it was working fine any idea may help me

Problem ( can’t open CIB app on my iPhone 6)
When I trying to open app the app open and close immediately , my iPhone is 6 , is it supported?
App Freezes After Minimize
Since the latest update, the app freezes every time it’s minimized. Could you please look into this? It wasn’t an issue before.
The app stopped working.
The app has stopped working since the last update.
Bad Ui ! And we need face id login
The current interface of the app is outdated and not visually appealing, which negatively affects the user experience. It needs to be revamped to align with modern standards. Also, it would be great if they added a feature for logging in using facial recognition to make the login process easier and enhance security. This would significantly improve the overall service!
Face ID will make app easier to use
Great app but how come there is No Face ID till now
