Cinema West

Whatever was done to this app is making it harder & more frustrating than it already was! Also, doesn’t keep track of my “loyalty” points… 😟😟😟

App is so slow to load pages. Try to find tickets for a movie and it kept spinning. Tried to use this app to avoid third party app fees. But fandango is so much faster and sleeker.

The price per person is more expensive then at the theater and then there is an additional service fee. Price at theater 28 vs app 37. Not worth it to me.

Started using fandango app but then thought “maybe I’ll try using Cinema West app directly”. Unfortunately I found no value in it. It’s awful, janky, unstable…a poorly implemented port to simply make their website show up as an “app”. Ironically, it’s poorly optimized for mobile. Pages crashed, after finally being able to select seats I got stuck in a loop after entering my CC number, couldn’t go back, then it crashed and lost my seats. Went back to Fandango, instantly selected my same seats, hit Apple Pay, done - in 30 seconds. Love your cinemas, Cinema West, but please put in a good college try to create a “real” app with real value and UX. 🫡

Can you update the app so it shows us what credits we have on our rewards card because right now we can’t see what is on our rewards card but everything else about the app works just fine for me

Essentially a web browser for a specific website. Better off using your preferred web browser.

This app does not work properly. I can’t understand why. It seriously needs help!! I will try to choose a seat and it randomly closes. Won’t let me sign up for rewards. Sometimes freezes. Generally not good.

Only for booking tickets. That’s as useful as it gets and it can’t even do that properly. Half the time, I have to go to the physical theater to buy the tickets instead. You can’t view your rewards balance. But you can put in your rewards card. What is the point of having it in the app if we have to physically go to the theater just to check the balance.

This app is fast, and offers a great ticketing experience! Can’t wait for the concession ordering! Much better experience than the previous version!

It amazes me that an App this horrible is allowed to exist in the year 2022.
