Not working, says password is wrong, then when I have an email sent and change it the app says wrong password again, I’ve gone through this like 8 times, please fix it

This app and their website are full of account glitches - constantly have to reset my password. Then the website doesn’t recognize the newly reset password.

Each time I try to use this app all works well until the payment screen. No matter what credit card I use or how many times I enter it it will come back denied …all data has been checked for accuracy and user error. Not sure what’s going on. Maybe others are having the same experience? Very frustrating!

Does not accept Apple Pay. Does not remember credit card details. Does not work with password managers. So every time I buy tickets I have to paste it from my password manager. Get with the 2020s already. Everything else works great.

Logging in is where the annoying things begin. I forgot my password and pressed “Forget Password”. I entered the information asked for and received an “error 47” code. I then tried re registering with a different email address. This returned Error Code 56. The other truly annoying thing is this app doesn’t allow Auto Fill, so it took a lot more time having to manually type all my info over, in this case, 4 times! I know these complaints sound insignificant, but nearly every other app I use has this feature, including bank apps. This app works ok for choosing a movie and a seat, but for anything else, it need work!

If you not pay for the selected seat for any reason at the first time and return to select the seats again…they will be blocked

Showtimes are no longer available. We can no longer purchase tickets through the app. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. The problem persists. It show the message “Showtimes coming soon.”

Love the ease of the app and love all my past transactions are on it

Need to screen shot when you first buy them because I have not been able to view my tickets after purchasing for the last couple of movies I’ve seen. If I don’t remember what seats I paid for…it can’t even check the app. Please fix this bug asap. It’s super annoying.

It has not been working for months! It always shows a message that says “NO SHOWTIMES” and can’t buy anything! I’ve deleted it and downloaded again and the problem hasn’t been solved!!
