There is only 4 series in whole app, customer support is just for name, in whole app there is only 4 series with single single episode

Worked for one day and then everything went blank . My money went down the drain . Its a fake app . Do not purchase any subscription in this app !!!

I have purchased one year subscription but the subscription hasn’t started Its still showing upgrade your purchase Its a fraud app The are neither picking up the call on the given helpline number nor replying to the mail

Once uh pay then the money is gone..u don’t get any sort of subsription ..dun knw why apple is allowing such fraud apps and people on app store…Sorry to say but apple os failing to maintain its standards..

Today I bought rupees 199 s plan and they deduct money from my account , then I opened CINEPRIME . And I select the very first video . But now also they are showing to subscribe again to watch , What is this ? Just deduct the money first and only after that u realize u got fooled by a ……….. team . And rupees 199 is gone and no money back and no acces to play any of the single videos So people who take subscription should check and think whether this is a scam or not Real scaaaamm Return my money

I logged in and made payment for one year subscription but payment got deducted and subscription is still not active. When i clicked on subscription tab it is again asking to pay. So i logged out and tried to login again and now it is not letting me login it is giving me error that email id and username does not match however i am using the correct credentials

Paid 269 for 6mos subscription one days it goes well and later asking for payment again for subscription, I thought there will be some glitch in app i have uninstalled and installed again, After reinstallation unable to login with same id & password everytime one popup reflecting you are already login please update and asking for otp however there is no otp sent on my mail as well contact number. Complete cheater & fraud app , no supporting details available.
