Can’t log in

Can’t get past the log in page.

Freezes on log in screen

Hopeless, cannot get logged in and unable to access digital membership card. For £100+ per year, this should be better.

Does not work

Lost count of the amount of tries I have attempted to get logged in. Very poor quality which is ironic from an awarding organisation.

Can’t log in

This app is terrible. It crashes every time I try to log in.

It doesn’t work!

This app need a serious update. I’m not able to change any setting. When trying to access the comments the app freezes and I’m not able to read or respond to anything.

App is useless

Sorry but the app is terrible. It took me 4 attempts to get signed in which included CIPD having to change my password. I have attempted to update my profile with a photo but when I confirm to pick from gallery it only takes me to my files not photos. I moved a photo but that doesn’t work. Took a photo and it just kept spinning round so has not worked either. It is so bad I have deleted from my iPhone. I really only wanted it so I had copy of my membership card.

Apple Wallet Support for Membership Card

Could you add the ability to add the membership card to Apple Wallet.

Can’t log in

The development team need to look into this. I understand being sustainable and moving the digital copies of memberships, but you can’t even access it through this app.

App Crashes Constantly

Awful app that doesn’t work on Iphone. Cannot even open it. Cannot access digital membership card. Waste of time downloading the app.

Can’t access app

The app just crashes and won’t let me log in.
