Don’t say you account for traffic when you don’t. I’m in traffic yet my estimated time to get somewhere does not account for traffic at all. Unacceptable that according to the app I’ll be there at 3:15 due to traffic I’ll be there at 3:23 I clock update route yet my eta does not change unacceptable to claim we account for traffic when you do not.
This app has been a gif send for my business and saves me the time in training my carriers on routes
And this one is epic. Takes the cake completely. It can be a simple or as technical as you want it to be.
Great app absolutely love it
The map is helpful, the documentation always helps. To improve the program, I would enhance the text notation feature; it is a small, sometimes frustrating, text notation format capacity.
Especially for someone who may be new to an area this app makes delivery super easy. Saves time and mileage. My only flaw is that it stays active after you mark routes as complete. Takes some time to close app completely
Great work on the app. Certainly some features to improve upon but it’s great and can only get better
Have tried many routing apps. None compare to the features and ease of use that comes with this app. I give four stars because I believe it is a little overpriced and has a few minor glitches that can get annoying sometimes.
After failing to cancel the trial, I was charge a whooping $120. 5 minutes later, I’d contacted the company. The employee told me to cancel my membership and he’d see about getting a refund. Great. Except now I’m out $120 (no refund) AND, at their direction, I’m also out the month for which I paid. Now they won’t stop emailing me for feedback. How much of my time am I suppose to give a company that *I* paid while getting nothing in return? Just use another program. These people are awful.
