It makes all what you need, you can schedule different intervals for each excersise
I bought this year’s ago – the full version. I use it for jumping rope, which I kind of got away from. Ski season is over so no more time on the hills as an instructor, and I need a summer exercise. Jump rope it is. This app is fully programmable with as many steps and variations as one might require.
For $3, this is an essential co-opt tool for workouts when you want to focus on the workout, and not the time. Create your sets, then workout and listen when to stop and start your next exercise within a set, or even between sets.

Have had this app since 2018 and it has yet to do anything wrong. I purchased the full app to take away ads as I use this app every other day (on average) for my HIIT workouts. It’s perfect for any customized workout and tons of options for alarms and sounds as well as talk to text. The only complaint I have is that with the text to talk technology, it doesn’t always pronounce words correctly like pushup or tricep. I had to change pushup to chest press and I just left tricep although it sounds weird. My suggestion would be to somehow add rests into the routine you create so that we can customize it to say something like “rest 10 seconds, up next planks” so that we can hear what exercise is coming next instead of having to look at the phone to remember what is next.
In my opinion you need no other app when it comes to circuit timers. This one is the best.
Très pratique pour abdos gainage et circuit
This app is perfect for the exercise, rest, and number of reps I need for my physical therapy stretches. It keeps track of everything to keep me on track and it was super easy to set and adjust as needed. Highly recommend it!!!
