Terrible app design - you can't even find where to pay your credit card

Very poor app design. The most basic action of paying for your credit card isn't even a button you can press. FAQ leads to dead-ends / doesn't describe what actually is on the screen, and is completely useless. The amount of similarly worded terms on various FAQ like "Ready Credit" vs "Credit" makes it even harder to understand what's going on. You don't even know if this is the "Citi Mobile App" the FAQs are talking about or if it's the 10 other variants on the app store.

Can’t find where to key on transaction signing , following challenge key, etc

The worst banking app

I have to delete and reinstall the app every month because the transaction codes generated by the app are invalid and without those codes you cannot transfer money even through Citibank’s web interface.

Mobile App with Security Risk

I deleted your latest mobile banking app as I consider it NOT secure ! You keep login information visible on my smartphone. This allows anybody using my phone to see 50% of my login data, as you protect only the password. Modern security recommends to use login ID name and password not easy to guess. YOU even store and show the login name on your mobile app. P.S.: at previous app version the login name was covered and could not be seen !

- Inconsistent security UX: the app frequently refreshes and forget your device/credentials (painful process for those who don’t remember their passwords and rely on Face ID) - Inconsistent features: certain pages such as priority pass ID are hit and miss between sessions - Bad design elements: Too many unnecessary touch points to common functions like viewing estatements (this is also not intuitively linked to transaction history and have to be navigated via the main dropdown) Overall bad design, consistency and experience.

After updating the app, it's completely useless now. It keeps freezing, and I can't do anything at all. Every time I try, it just says 'Error.' Totally frustrating! So, I had no choice but to delete it and reinstall. But now, after reinstalling, I still can't log in. I enter my card number and birthday, and the app throws up another error message. I tried to contact support, but the only way to email them is through the app — which I can't even access! I've called so many times, but all I get is some useless automated response that doesn't help at all. Is there ANYONE at your company who can actually help? This is beyond frustrating!

I sent requests for Citi support since 7:09 with multiple messages from me and no response from Citi. At 16:28, a Citi officer finally responded. At 16:30, the officer said I had not responded for some time and closed the chat! Customer service is horrendous.

Broken journey in call option and no self help nor agents 👎🏼
