My husband and I have been with your bank for a year now and are so happy we picked you! Your friendly tellers and accessibility to ATM machines are incredible! Always quick getting you in and out of bank! Would recommend to all!!

This app is so easy to use!

As much as I wanted to have. Small town bank - this is just too far behind in technology. The fact that I have to have a delegate app for each account AND my debit card is beyond ridiculous. I am in the process of changing banks. Also - when writing this review - I have no idea what is being said as it is typing white letters in a white screen. I would rate you a zero if I could.

I love the customer service and the Staff at this bank!! I changed about a year ago and I couldn’t be happier!!

Dislike how long it takes to pay a bill. I know weekends are unavailable but it takes up to 8 days. Why?

Every time I deposit a check with the app. I have to minimize the app and reopen it to take a pic of my checks. The rotate function isn’t working.

Any time that I have had an issue or even just simple questions, the employees at citizens first of the villages are highly respectful, very knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to help you. If it’s possible, they will be able to accommodate you in all aspects of banking.

When trying to deposit check the app says to rotate camera (???). I’ve rotated all ways and nothing happens.

I like the app. It is very useful. I have one suggestion/complaint. When I make a payment that requires a check to be sent, it would be nice to see that transaction listed in the account right away. Even if it shows as pending. Currently the transaction doesn’t show up at all until the check is cashed and withdrawn from the account. That could be many days later and you can forget that you don’t have as much money in the account. Thank you.
