This cab company is always on time, quick response time. The app makes it so easy to book or pre-book a taxi. Love that it tells you the wait time arrival and approximate cost prior to pick up. Great app makes getting a taxi easy!

I can not count the amount or times they have left me in the rain or snow, even after I booked hours in advance. It’s really crappy coming off a 16 hour shift. And you call and asked where you can is and they tell you; to wait for the next available driver. What was the point in using the app at all then. It’s useless and doesn’t even load half the time. Costumer see is has no care to fix it

When you book a call it doesn’t say the ETA of the cab. How does one know how long the wait time and when to be ready? Please to fix this

They tell you your driver is on the way when in reality they haven’t even sent anyone to you. Worst service I’ve ever had. Will never use again

I used the app to book a cab at 12:24pm, no one accepted it until 12:30pm. The app said the cab was 3mins away, which would get me to work on time. At 12:40pm I checked the app again since it was clearly not 3mins away and it said the cab was 9mins away, which would make me late for work. This is not the only time this has happened either.

I used to like this app because of the discounts. Now when I try to enter my email it doesn’t recognize the format (it was @edu.uwaterloo.ca), and I can’t get into my account nor set up a new one because it’s already registered under my phone number.

I booked my cab a week ago and get got a call to let me know they are rebooking with the corrected rate. Thanks perfected but then I was also informed that they are busy and they booked time is not guaranteed. Then a can finally excepted my fair at the time I should be leaving at only to cancel before showing up ! Thank so much for an angsty filled morning. I don’t care if it cost 3 times as much just use an Uber. At less you will get to your flight on time. With this being said my cab driver was wonderful lovely man very. Polity and very clean cab. The women I spoke to on dispatch on the other hand should be fired as she has no customer service experience and is rude. And I can not believe that they only have her in the office and no one higher up on a busy Sunday morning.
