I get a notification about bin days, but when i open the app it just sits there saying ‘getting your app ready’ I waited a good 5-10mins and nothing happened. please sort it out, cheers

If we paid our rates as slowly as this app the council would be starting legal action. It could be useful instead it’s ridiculous

Can’t even get any further and it kept saying can’t fetch your profile… uninstall and reinstall, still the same issue

App not working since the update

Each week I get a notification on my screen which bins. When I go into the app the notification isn’t there. Each week the number keeps going up on my icon even though I go into the app and the only way to get rid of the number is to delete the app and reinstall.

Recently I have found app hanged on Welcome screen and does not work

Would be nice to have but I’ve tried multiple times for it to connect but says it can’t find my profile..? Even tried deleting and reloading but still nothing. Doesn’t work, won’t try it again...shame. I give one star for the idea...

Not sure why Logan have wasted rate payer money on an app that is really just a mobile website. Slow to load, requires registration, interface not up-to-date. My recommendation, use Snap Send Solve instead.

Most of the app is average to good. User functionality could definitely be improved, as it is not as intuitive as it should be. The aquatic pages are sadly out of date. Two weeks into the new year & they still show Christmas operating hours; and the pool availability hyperlinks all take you to ‘page not found’.
