Not enough classes on other days
I haven’t been to gym for over 3 months now because of lack of classes I use to go 3 classes a week with club physical .
Great Instructors
Friendly and offering great classes. Also handy so walking distance.
Inadequate parking
Parking is horrendous in the evenings and the gym membership caoacity appears to exceed the equipment available
Guess signing too complex
Should be just one time for family members
Sales app not a fitness app
No ability to use Apple Wallet to wcan into the gym. You need a car with car keys to attach the ancient card fob. The focus of the app is post-joining marketing of their PT and spin classes. The app doesn't log your visits to the gym, and you cant scan-in using the app. There is a largely missed function of automatically logging your gym visits, along with one-click start /stop of your workout. You cant delete your profile pic, and the app is fairly clunky, so have now deleted it.

Paying portal is glitching
Have been trying to pay online for the past few days and it won’t let me through. It keeps on saying enter your gym location of sign up and when I do it clicks out.

Doesn’t save a previous activity
Made a list of activities but they all just disappeared
